Standard Return Rules

Item can be returned 7 days after item is delivered. Buyer must pay return shipping of the item unless mistake of the

the the studio.

If piece is broken during shipping, clear photos must be sent to the studio withing 48 hours of date of delivery.

A full refund or a free replacement may be sent out depending on the piece. Since pieces are unique, the studio will

make another piece as similar as possible to the original. If not possible to make another replacement, a refund will be suggested.

For custom orders, no returns or refunds are given. For orders over 1000.00, a 20% deposit is required.

Items typically ship out within 4 days. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If need is urgent, contact me me before oredering and we can make faster shipping arrangements. Once the piece is shipped you will receive and email with tracking information.

Pieces are shipped USPS.
